What Information Do You Need for a Custom Filter Bag Quotation?

A custom filter bag quotation starts with a clear specification. “Same size as the old bag” leaves too much open if the material, finish or fixing arrangement is unknown.

Send a drawing or dimension sheet showing the bag body, top and bottom construction. Add photos of the existing bag and any readable label. If the material is uncertain, say so rather than choosing one from appearance.

The operating information matters just as much. Include:

  • Dust type and the process producing it.
  • Normal operating temperature, plus any peaks and their duration.
  • Moisture and known chemical exposure.
  • Collector model and cleaning method.

These details help establish whether the enquiry is for a direct replacement or whether the existing specification needs reviewing.

State the required quantity and any known requirements for membrane, surface treatment, reinforcement or other construction details. Material, dimensions, finish and order quantity all affect the quotation. Delivery destination and required date also help the supplier prepare a useful offer.

For repeat purchasing, separate the immediate order quantity from estimated future demand. This makes the enquiry clearer without treating a forecast as a firm order.

Send Verlofy your drawing, available specifications and expected purchase quantity. Any missing details can then be identified before the quotation is finalised.
